1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products purchased through our official store.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date if:

  • The product does not function as described or fails to download properly.
  • You experience major technical issues that prevent normal use, and our support team cannot resolve them.
  • The product simply doesn’t meet your expectations, and you’ve made a reasonable effort to use it as intended.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:

  • The digital files were downloaded and used successfully for over 30 days.
  • The product was purchased through third-party resellers or unauthorized platforms.
  • You are requesting a refund due to personal preference after long-term use.
  • The refund request is submitted after the 30-day window.

Each product is digital and intangible, meaning there are no physical returns or exchanges.

4. Product Access After Refund

When a refund is issued, access to the digital files, course content, and updates will be automatically revoked to maintain licensing integrity.
If you purchased multiple products, only the refunded items will be affected — all others will remain available in your account.
